They want to make it big in the music industry and are staying with Babe (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) and his family at their bungalow as paying guests.
But their hard work goes in vain until Babe who considers them as his own sons finances them and tells them to launch their own Video Album by sending them to Goa to work on their project.
Babe gets a phone call from Underworld Don Raman Shetty (Sayaji Shinde) who wants to extort money from Baba's property. What follows later...Music : Daboo Malik is ready with his latest musical composition titled Team –The Force, directed by Ajay Chandok.
After a disappointing Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar and Nehle Pe Dehla, Daboo’s music lets down yet again with the soundtrack of 'Team - The Force'.
Chika Chika Boom (Singers: Sunidhi Chauhan, Daboo Malik) - Chika Chika Boom is inharmonious and unmusical to the core. Daboo Malik’s music composition as well as singing needs some fresh air.
Sunidhi Chauhan’s rendition is screechy and loud, which adds to the overall disappointment. Shabbir Ahmed too can’t be spared for his non-sensical lyrics. Hamara Haal (Singer: Shreya Ghoshal) - After an overtly disappointing start, Shreya Ghoshal delivers her seductive vocals in a contemporary run of the mill romantic number.

The music is plain and the catchy rhythm misses in the track. Although, the electronic beats make up for the average arrangement. Kal Tak To (Singers: Shreya Ghoshal, Babul Supriyo) - This time the stage gets better as Shreya Ghoshal teams up with Dodo singer Babul Supriyo to deliver Kal Tak To.
The melodious number is soft and sweet, but the tunes sound repeated. Pity that Daboo Malik has composed tunes which refer to the music made in the 90s. Babul Supriyo’s voice fails to create any magic in this conventional tune. Overall, the melody is worth a few hearings.
Kal Tak To – Unplugged (Singer: Daboo Malik) - The unplugged version is impressive in terms of the musical glory added by the keys of piano but in terms of singing, he needs to polish his skills and work a lot more on his modulations.
Vocal quality is pretty low and the song works well in pieces. Satrangi (Singer: Sunidhi Chauhan, Vinod Rathod) - Funky and Punjabi is the flavour of Satrangi which has been rendered by Vinod Rathod and Sunidhi Chauhan.
The music is folkish but the lyrics fail to impress. Sunidhi too sounds redundant and her vocals sound forced in the track. A little hip hop here alongwith the rhythmic sound of Satrangi work for the track. Satrangi - Remix (Singer: Daboo Malik) - Daboo Malik’s composition in Team-The Force comes to an end with the remix of Satrangi which is loose in all aspects.
The remixed track is infused with techno sounds but other than that you can give it a miss for the vocals of Daboo. Overall, only Kal Tak To qualifies for a average hearing, all others turn out to be a shoddy display of contemporary music.
